7. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:
- We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes
- Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law
- We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Our liability is limited as set forth in the Limitation of Liability section
8. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We shall not be liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
9. Confidentiality
We understand the importance of confidentiality and will:
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and data
- Use client information solely for the purpose of providing services
- Implement appropriate security measures to protect confidential information
- Not disclose confidential information to third parties without authorization, except as required by law
10. Data Protection
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement:
- In accordance with the terms specified in the service agreement
- For material breach if the breach is not cured within the specified cure period
- Immediately for certain specified breaches, such as non-payment or violation of confidentiality
Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or failures of third-party services or infrastructure.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration or litigation in accordance with applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any service agreements or statements of work, constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
